Renovations continuing at Shire Hall

Funded by the Federal Government's 'Jobsfund' and managed by the City of Ballarat, the renovations of the weatherboard office section of Old Shire Hall are continuing.

The re-stumping has been completed. The majority of the plumbing and drainage work is done. We are now connected to the sewerage system. The new roof is on, the offices have been relined and painted. Other painting work is nearing completion as is the rewiring.
The 'passage way' has been reinstated and is almost done, just one skylight to be instaled and the painting finished. There is some external timber work to be finished and finally the carpet will go down.
